Welcome to Meganeura Joy. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Products
All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before an order enters production. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Orders and Fulfillment
Once an order is placed, it is sent to production within a short window. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after 1 hour of placement. Fulfillment and shipping times are estimates and may vary.
5. Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Meganeura Joy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Meganeura Joy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
