Shipping Policy

All Meganeura Joy products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please read the following carefully so you know what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are sent to production in as little as one hour after placing the order, and typically enter production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 10–20 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues.
Shipping Carriers
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL Express, depending on the destination and rate selected at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Meganeura Joy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at jempoco.operations@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
